The entire Universe is a vibration that includes your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies. By working with sound energy in various ways, we can bring a sense of harmony to your entire being. This results in the alleviation of past/repressed trauma, stress/anxiety, and various other factors that result in disease (Dis-Ease) within the body and energetic field.
We are surrounded at all times by electric radiation that alters our harmony: cell phones, computers, wifi, etc. In addition to constant external factors, the mind also affects our energetic state being (biomagnetic field/aurora). From the inside and out, we are in a constant struggle to maintain balance.
Sound Healing is designed to locate, identify, and interrupt patterns imbalance, allowing for a harmonic state of being and a natural vibe with all of creation.

My Music
The Sounds of Medicine (2020) and Planetary Attunements (2023) are wellness albums I created to support your healing journey. Inspired by the Solfeggio Scale—an ancient set of frequencies known for their healing properties—and my deep studies in Alchemy, these albums explore the connection between planetary influences, elements, and our bodies and emotions. Each track is intuitively crafted with specific frequencies designed to interact with both your physical body and energy field.
These frequencies do more than promote relaxation; they work on a cellular level. Your cells have tiny antennas called Primary Cilia on their surface, which gather information about your environment and relay it into the cell’s interior. You are that environment. The frequencies embedded in each track engage with these cellular antennas, prompting healing responses (e.g., 174 Hz for pain relief, 741 Hz for cellular detox).
The frequencies help restore balance and harmony to your body’s energetic field. To get started, choose a track that resonates with you, find a comfortable space, press play, and focus on your breath. Allow thoughts to come and go as you surrender to the present moment and let the healing unfold. After your session, drink plenty of water, stretch, and carry on with your day.

Healing through sound is an ancient tool used throughout the history of creation to transcend the body and mind. In a typical session, we will use trance meditation to bring you into a brainwave state of Alpha (wakeful relaxation). For those interested in a more profound experience, I facilitate the alchemy of Sound and Plant Medicine within a sacred ceremonial setting. In this 3 hour session, we will create a safe space of trust/compassion, discuss the bio-chemical reactions that take place upon ingestion, set our intention for healing, invoke the support of our spiritual ancestors, and finally journey together in a state of trance towards a level of healing that can only be understood experientially.
After the ceremony, we will process your experience and discuss the pathway of integration over an herbal detox tea and organic fruits as you carry these insights with you.

The Buffalo Drum is used to resonate with the heartbeat of Mother Earth. In this, we find that the ability to journey by shifting consciousness is greatly increased. The drum itself produces a low-frequency bass tone that will serve to relax the body, shift consciousness and move energy. This drum is sourced from synthetic materials to ensure no cruelty towards any animal was involved. Despite the synthetic material, it produces the same tonal characteristics found on traditional wood shell drums.

Under a full moon in May, the Buddha was born at Lumbini Grove. He attained enlightenment under the shade of a Bodhi tree below the full moon in May. At the age of 80 passed away to Nibbana (the cessation of all desire) on the full moon day of May. For that reason, this bowl, too, was forged under a full moon in May and possesses an incredibly calming duality of tones (A/E).

These weighted tuning forks deliver a strong and deep vibration when pressed against the joint or muscle.
128 Hz is used on clients to support pain management, muscle spasms, or circulation. It promotes relaxation, enhanced memory, and enhanced sexual function by stimulating the nervous system and release of nitric oxide.
136.1 Hz is tuned to the Earth’s frequency and helps to release strain and stress in the heart space. It will increase your sense of connectedness and increase your ability to focus/concentrate.
Fibonacci Pair (Golden Ratio) 89/144 Hz: The 11th and 12th positions of the Fibonacci sequence. These forks use the natural harmonics of nature to induce the body’s divine genetic proportionality.
Schumann Resonance (Binaural 7.63 Hz) 62.64/54.81 Hz: These forks mimics the natural background pulse of the Earth’s electrical signal.

This tool serves as a shaker and rattle used for energetic cleansing when held parallel to the Earth. Used in conjunction with Sage/Palo Santo, this allows us to move the negative or “heavy” energy displaced by the Sound Medicine.
Energy cleansing is a critical aspect of the healing process as the “stuck” energy must be moved and filtered via the Universe.

For generations, shamans, healers, and medicine men/women have used flutes for healing. Instruments were meant to relax the physical body and the mind to work with emotions. The flute is a simple instrument that can provide you with such relaxation.
It was specifically selected to be at 432 Hz instead of 440 Hz; 432 Hz tuning is said to be tuned with the Universe – a universal healing frequency.
My role as a healer is to become an empty vessel, a conduit allowing the heart to commune with the world of spirits to foster healing and spiritual awakening by realizing the truth. You are the true healer of your being; together, we will help you remember this truth that has been forgotten.
