Together we founded Root & Wisdom, one of the most established iboga retreats in Costa Rica, and Authentic Empowerment, the coaching extension of our work. Here, we offer integrative programs and support for your inner work, with or without iboga microdosing.
Our work blends Eastern philosophy, Indigenous wisdom and ritual, and modern neuroscience toward one purpose: to free ourselves from the noise of the mind, so we can once again hear the whispers of the heart and trust the wisdom of the body.
