How long are the sessions?

Depending on the type of energy healing, it can range from 60 minutes to 3 hours. Below are some timelines for the healing service I offer:

• Biofield Tuning: 60-75 mins

• Immersive Sound Bath: 60-75 mins

• Plant Medicine and Sound Journey: 3 hours
  

Does it hurt?

Not at all; the process is pain-free. Your job is simply to relax and allow the healing to occur. The process can/may awaken suppressed emotions; this is a good thing, however. That means the negative "heavy" energy, which causes energetic blocks that take the manifestations of disease, anxiety, etc., are being liberated.

Does it have to be in person?

No, sound healing can be done over the phone or via video chat. Having good speakers connected to your computer or device will make the experience much more pleasurable, however.

How does distance healing work?

In short, time and space are an illusion. There is no real “empty space”; what you really have is an invisible substance. Quantum physics has proved that space is not ‘empty; it is an information-carrying field that is everywhere. An interconnecting field of information between every atom, cell, organism, and thought, called the Zero Point Field (ZPF). There are many other names for this, such as Aether, Akasha, and Holographic Eather, to name a few. In distance healing, we are using intention to traverse this field and directly to the client. So you will hear the sound waves, but you will also feel the intent.
