The Art of Manifestation

Manifesting is not about closing your eyes and wishing something into existence. Instead, it requires alignment of the Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Energetic bodies. In this state of being, what we hold within tends to manifest in the form of live events. Quickly, you realize that manifestation is not an action you do; it is a reflection of your inner state. It is here that the true essence of manifestation can be found.

 

Unconscious Manifestation

When we carry an unconscious pattern or belief in our mind, we see that reflected in the world around us. Unfortunately, many people are unaware of this simple truth. If you have unconscious negative thought patterns, then you will have negative manifestations (life events). The trick, create positive unconscious thought patterns and watch your reality rapidly change.

Together we will build a subconscious mind that will manifest abundance and joy into the world around us.

Conscious Manifestation

What we hold in our minds tends to manifest. This means that how you think, how you speak, and how you feel daily determines and shapes the world around you.

If you allow the frustrations from finances or work to sit in your mind, then their manifestations will appear around you. Manifesting is not about making a million dollars appear. It is about making the world around you feel like a million dollars.

Meditation

There is a certain wisdom and awareness that is gained only through meditation. In this state of stillness, we find that the mind changes from a compulsive state to a conscious state of activity. Here, you become free of subconscious thoughts, feelings, and emotions. External triggers lose their effect, and you regain control of your life.

Breathwork

Breathwork is an essential tool in your healing journey and can influence your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic states. By taking the time to sit and focus on the breath, we come to better commune with the world around us. Each breath is life; the simple act of breathing is a miracle in its own right. We breathe in process or beautiful life energy; we exhale process and more beautiful life energies. Working together, we will learn to use the breath as a tool for your development and healing needs.

Prayer

Prayer is the other side of meditation; in this, we release our intention and call for particular energies and manifestations into our lives. Prayer serves as an opportunity to speak events into existence. Not only asking for support, blessings, or compassion but giving those divine virtues as well.
